Look if someone's really messing with your account and uploading stolen art under your name to get you in trouble contact the admins.
I'm sure they've got ip logs to help you catch whoever's doing it.
I'm quite sure it logs ip ever time you submit so they should be able to help you.
I haven't seen any of your ar so far, just stuff taken from others.
But if you have art to share I'm sure the folks who run this site will do all they can to help you share it without someone 'hacking' and giving you trouble.
